TableTop Prime is a self-serve tool for organizing tabletop tournaments: pairing, score confirmation, judge calls and standings. These terms apply when you use it.
Acceptance
By using the service you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use it.
The service
It is provided free of charge, as is, and its features may change, improve or pause. There is no paid tier and no support desk — the tool stands on its own.
Your responsibilities
Use it lawfully. Only enter data you have the right to process — including the real names of players, staff and judges — and make sure someone in your event can answer for it.
Safeguard your owner key, passcodes and staff codes: whoever holds them can manage and delete your events.
Acceptable use
Don't overload the service, automate requests against it, probe other people's events, or store unlawful content. Abuse may be rate-limited or refused.
Availability and your data
No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own records: export the CSV of your standings at the moments that matter. Deleting an event is permanent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for lost tournament data, scheduling disputes, or damages arising from the use of the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the current version lives here with a fresh date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
